How to make your leather jacket aged?

Leather jackets are products that have become iconic over the years in the leather apparel fashion industry. These jackets have also managed to satisfy customer needs through their reliable nature and additional style. When you purchase quality jackets, you can attain peace of mind as the quality stuff stays alive for approximately more than 4 years.

Sturdy looks define the leather jackets. It adds tough and rough looks to your personality. It looks sturdier if it is used for a long time period. Older the jacket, more rough will be the looks. Older leather jackets are not available in the market but you can age your jacket yourself without using any sort of chemicals and additional cost.

The first way is to sleep in your leather jacket. This will make its surface wrinkled due to different weight distribution.

The second way is to put it in a drier along with your shoes and give few rounds. Don’t apply heat during this process.

The third way is to rub fine sand paper on the general wear areas. Apply conditioner to turn the leather soft from these sports. This will provide a faded touch to the leather jacket.

Always make sure that the leather of your jacket is not too sensitive as it can get damaged when it is put in the drier. You can also help others in ageing their leather jackets but first make sure that you become expert in this field.
